A Loaf of Bread...
This classic clip from Sesame Street, circa 1972, is so ingrained on my memory that, to this day, every time i go to the grocery store, I go through the list: "a loaf of bread, a container of milk, and a stick of butter", despite the fact that I almost never purchase any of these items.

Balloon Phobia, on Helium
Maury Povich did another one of his shows where he terrorizes people with strange phobias. This time it was a woman with a fear of balloons. To make this clip even more demented, the person who posted it sped up the film. And somehow the ridiculousness of the whole situation seems more appropriate.
If you need to watch this at regular speed, clickyclicky.
