In the Days Before Sicko

Michael Moore has stated that the following two stories, from his old television shows, were the inspiration for his new movie Sicko.

(Moore has said that NBC censored this segment. In the original cut that he submitted to the network, Cuba won. But the network refused to broadcast any claim that Cuba was victorious and re-edited the piece to say that Canada won, instead.)
