Holy Motherfucker...

The House Oversight Committee held another hearing today. This one was for Allegations of Waste, Fraud and Abuse at the New U.S. Embassy in Iraq. The Committee is examining the performance of the State Department and its contractors in the construction of the new $600 million U.S. embassy in Baghdad. They are reviewing questions about the embassy compound construction, as well as allegations of labor abuse through improper contracting practices.

The clip below is the opening testimony of Rory Mayberry, a former subcontractor employee for First Kuwaiti Trading & Contracting Company. This is probably the most shocking testimony the Committee has heard yet! According to Mayberry, the US State Department & its contractors authorized the deception, kidnapping and forced labor of Philippino nationals, for the construction of the embassy in Iraq.
