Student Tasered for Voter Fraud Question

During a conference with Senator John Kerry (D-MA) at the University of Florida, a student got up and asked a question about why Kerry conceded the presidential election, when there was evidence of voter suppression and fraud. Before he could get an answer, cops moved in to arrest him, dragged him away without issuing charges and proceeded to taser him into submission. You can hear him screaming in agony when the cops fired.

Since when does asking a question merit electrocution?
