Keith Olberman & Arianna Huffington discuss Karl Rove's recent comments that the US Congress is to blame for the Iraq War and that the Bush Administration did not want them to authorize military force.
The only shocking thing, to me anyways, is that Charlie Rose didn't start singing "Liar Liar" to Rove's face.
