On Monday, the Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties held a hearing dubbed The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Response to Air Quality Issues Arising from the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001: Were There Substantive Due Process Violations? Former EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman, amongst others, testified before the congressional committee.
