Countdown - Bush Cover-Ups
Bush has invoked executive privilege in the Pat Tillman case, and has refused to allow Harriet Miers to testify before Congress. Keith Olberman talked to Jonathan Turley, constitutional law professor, about what legal recourse the Congress has at this point.
